If WVO is so good, then why did my Stanadyne FM 100 block the WVO? It lets pump diesel and B100 flow all day.

The return flow is fairly significant. I discovered a crack in my return line this week that could have made a terrible mess. It was pooring out and dripping down the side of the motor. Probably 1/2 gal per minute. This was from a crack in the hose at idle. Full flow is going to be more.
Based on your description it seems you are running a system that results in blending diesel and WVO. I know this is not your intention but if you leave it as is you might as well elimnate the complexity and go back to a single tank without the selenoid valves( not a good idea). A better way would be to plumb the WVO set up that either loops back through( good to maintain heat) or has a dedicated return to the WVO tank.
