air in fuel line after fuel filter new filter replaced o ring seals in fuel lines replaced still have air in fuel line slight power loss and rough idle need help thanx

How do you know you have air in the fuel line?
If you are seeing air in the the plastic filter (not sure if you have one), this is normal for all my Benz diesels. |
Check the prefilter oring; it is at the start of the fuel delivery path and a common source of air.

there is no o ring pre filer just rubber hoses going into fuel cooler then fom there pipes go to fuel tank when i rev engine you see the air in clear plastic fuel lines this is why it runs sligtly rough

More than likely; I'm not familiar with your CDI pump but know it has a few clear plastic fuel lines using oring seals to deliver fuel. One of those seals is probably allowing air to enter the system.
