I need help testing the glow plugs, the wires going to the glow plugs, the glow plug relay etc... Whatever is necessary... I have the equipment to test. Jim

Not sure what year and model of car you have to tell if you have the Loop/Filament type glow plug, retro-fit pencil type Glow Plugs, or Pencil type Glow Plugs

DG's writeup should get you to the culprit.

The aluminum heads really benefit from a new set of plugs that glow white hot.

Also, unlike it's cast iron predecessor, you won't get the 603 started without them.
