Is there a doc on the steps needed to perform a headgasket replace on a OM603 here? I've seen the job done before however I need torque pressure and pattern for headbolts. Does the IP pump need to be locked?

The IP doesn't need to be locked. Do a search for 603 headgasket replacement, or head replacement.
Be prepared to discover cracks in the #14 head...if that the one you have.
