Rear end High pitched Squeal

there's a high pitched Squeal coming from the rear end of my 87 300TD. It sounds like a bearing going out or metal to metal rubbing, sounds like it's the passenger side

Is it dependant on wheel speed? Engine speed? Static no matter what? Worse or better with weight in the trunk?

Has anything happened that might cause the heat shield to touch the rotor (most common cause)?

It changes with speed, and dosnt make a sound static, and it's intermittent still.. The only thing that I've had done with the rear was the tires replaced, at the time I looked at the brakes and rotors, there was no scoring or pitting and there's quite a lot of life left on the pad, this was about 2 weeks ago. the only other work on the car was all engine and front end. they replaced the left Front bearings.. but the sound persists...

Edit: there is no weight in the back. I try not to carry anything other then my moms scooter thingy and the sound is there loaded or not
