Should hand primer charge injector lines?

Installed the new hand primer, it pumps good to the filter and I've got fuel flowing thru the return lines but not out of the injector lines. Is it supposed to be flowing through the injector pump and out the lines?

Nope. The primer pump fills up the injector pump, but then you have to rotate the IP (by cranking the engine) with the injector lines cracked open at the injector in order to bleed the injector lines.

Thanks

Much appreciated. This car sat for a long time and I'm still chasing a couple leaks but at least it's running now and I can start working on getting it to run better.
