When you go in there, rebuild the motors as well. When I got my car 3 of the windows didn't work at all, one really slow. Cleaning and relubing the motors and regulators made them work like new again, I believe it was mostly gunk in the motors that caused them to seize rather than the regulators. I used white lithium grease, seems to be holding up well.

I redid the windows on a Volvo wagon and the change was literally night and day for movement speed and noise. Just dont remember what I lubed them with.
