w123 in egypt!
Just got back from visting some family in Egypt. While taking pics of the pyramids, I saw a W123 and knew I had the makings of a perfect picture! Most of the W123s there are 200 gas models, I saw a handful of 230s' and a couple of 300Ds'. For diesel lovers, the peugeot 504 with a diesel engine is a very common sight in Egypt. Take notice that most of the peugeot 504 diesels are 1970s' models. cheers!

Good call Dieselguy. That there is a peugeot 404 stationwagon. Egypt is full of prehistoric cars. The w115s' can also be found very regularly as daily drivers. The lack of moisture/rain helps preserve these prehistoric beasts.
