Question Tachometer Amplifier Schematic?

Anybody out there got the wiring diagram for this little dude?

I was having the typical intermittent problems with my tach so I opened the amp up to take a look. What I found was a couple of components burnt beyond recognition. So I would like to identify the items and replace them rather than dropping 80 bucks for a new one

Joe

Tach AMp

Does anyone have any pictures of the tach amp and location...The location may be different for different models. I am interested in pics and location of any models up to the early 90's....I probably have a number of them from the 123's and 126's .......thanks Jim

I shall go take a picture of the one in my W123. It's the old style amp thats mounted on the inside of the fender opposed to remotly on the later vehicles.

what year

What year I think I have one for a 1978 300sd it would probably take a half hour of searching to find it which is ok if that will work for you I am pretty sure it is different than a w123 though.
