190/300E radiator same as 87 300D?

Hoping so. Anyone?

I know that the 4 cyl 190d and some models of 190e (smaller engine) have the same radiator.

From experience, I know that just within the 190 series, the radiators are slightly different. I can't comment on the W124 radiators.

Here's an earlier post comparing six different 190 radiators (with drawings) so you can see if any of them are a match for what you're looking for.

i just looked at my 87 300D and 90 300E.

They are not even close.

The hose connections are completely different..

I could be wrong but I think, the 190 has a small hose from the top of the thermostat housing going to the reservoir tank, but the 300's small hose going to the reservoir tank comes directly from the radiator...

On the 87 300D the lower radiator hose has a small hose that splits off and goes to the overflow.
