Washer nozzle replacement
Anyone have any tips on how to remove the washer nozzles from a 300D? I'm replacing them with new ones and I need to know the best way to remove the old ones.
Do you just slip a small flat tool under them and pry up, or?? Many Thanks, Glenn |

Yeah, the nozzles are easy. It's the plastic elbows which make you swear in three languages.
Don't forget you will most likely need to adjust the spray direction with a needle.

long thin needles nose pliers is what you need.
The new nozzles drop in much more easily than the old ones come out. Be careful not to mess up the actual metal jet/nozzle while adjusting or you'll be replacing them again soon. Don't ask me why I know this. Thankfully they're only $11 at the dealer.

Oh, while you're at it, replace the check valve and all the hoses, etc.

I don't recall the size, but, the right size plastic tube slipped over the stem will pop 'em right off.

10mm or 11mm tried to work, but in my case it was the long needle-nose... Oh, and before you do this, do as suggested and Don't do it without new hose, check valve and elbows. Broke one elbow doing it, wrong time of year to be without working nozzles... The Elbows? $9.00 ea.... :-[]

Spraying air backwards into the nozzles clears them... Usually.
