Oil Side

WVO side runs great. You can not feel any difference when switching or purging. It has been running great for 2 yrs. My driveway is on a hill so I will reverse it to but the front of the car pointed downhill and hopefully spot the leak.

I bet you will see fuel on the ground when you do that. Your leak is severe enough for the car not to start, so there will have to be enough of a gap for fuel to go through.

I did the same thing last night to try to find my teeny tiny leak. In fact I may go out and check it out.

I wonder how running out of fuel caused this for you...

EDIT: If you dont have an issue purging and going back to petro-diesel, then your problem has to be in part of the system that is shared by both fuels, but has petro-diesel in it upon on shutdown.

Primer pump, or your fuel temp sender fittings, hose after your supply valve etc.

The true test would be to shut it off on WVO and see if you lose prime...but I dont think thats the greatest idea
