I don't know about the flex disk. Haven't checked.

When it domes to turbo lag it is considerably quicker than the "old ones", but then the turbo unit is quite small, and spins up quite quickly. It does however have some "diesel properties, so don't expect to outrun anyone out of a red light.
When it gets rolling you have a totally different situation. It gets up to speed REALLY quick for a small diesel.
