87 300TD Cant get the headlights, tail lights or park lights to work... : (

I have a 87 300TD. I cant get the Head lights, Tail lights, or park/running lights to work. I have gone through all fuses, cleaned them up or replaced them. Checked all bulbs. Hazard lights work fine, also when I try to turn on head lights I get the buzzer telling me there on when I got the door open and key removed , and I get the high beam light when I turn that on with car running. I have tryed with it running and not. I was planing to leave VT today and head back to Canada, but not with out these lights.... Is there a relay or something other then the fuses I should be checking? Would the headlight switch be gone? would that take out my tail lights too?
Thanks. Jay

Have they worked since you've owned it? The lights are powered by separate sources, headlamps with the ignition, the rest without. Do the euro-park-lights work? How about the flass-to-pass high-beams?

Sounding a little like the light monitor module is the only common point, other than the headlamp switch, possible that either of these are loose from their electrical connector/plug?

Only the hazard lights work. And they never worked since I got it.
Thanks. Jay

I got them to work : ) There was a large relay or control unit missing from my fuse box. I had a look at one that was for sale about a hour away last night, and spoted the missing block. Thanks everyone.
Jason.
