Vacuum line repair.

Hi all hope you all are well.

I was feeling experimental tonight and tried to remove my vac. resevoir not knowing there was no slack in the vacuum line to do so and SNAP! Broke behind the back seat and i've located exactly where. My question is, is clear vinyl tubing ok for the repair? If not, I should be ok with 'washer hose' correct? How long can I run a section of it?

Thanks in advance.

as long as it seals, and will not collapse, it'll be fine. longevity may be a question, but keep an eye on it, and go!

You may be able to use a section of hose, or a connector.
