The sleeves have to be pressed in and machined at an automotive machine shop. You could ask a local mercedes dealer where they sent their engines for sleeves locally. There is a chance they did not always use mercedes factory exchange blocks.

Thoughts:
Sleeving is only and advantage (due to the cost of new Pistons) if your Old Pistons are still within spec and can be reused.(You will not know if they are still within spec until you take them out and do some measuring.)
If both your Cylinders and the Pistons are worn out and they make oversized pistons for your Engine; that would be the way to go.

In my experience in 3 of 4 cases the pistons can be measured and reused. I have also used used pistons collected from engines which I had on hand which had rods hanging out the side.

They must be measured though to see if they are good. I also have had some which were too worn to use.

Well I took the head of the second motor the p.o. gave me and the bottom end looks good, it looks like the head gasket blew on that one. The head gasket had a hole in it by #1 cylinder so there may be some hope yet. If the bottom end is good, Ill have the other head rebuilt and put it on this bottom. I cant wait.
