If you can, replace all the shims. As they age they turn to hard crunchy plastic things rather than the rubber they started from.

My #4 broke at the base of the nipple on the I.P. side so I replaced it with a new one from the dealer it cost me $40 but they (shawn) gives me dealer price
the new ones have a differant taper before the top of the nipple it kinda bells out and looks like a better design than OEM
make sure you don't have to force or pull the hard line to meet the I.P (or the injector for that matter)
if you have to bend it some where a long the line so it meets up so be it that will take stress and tension off the end of the lines

make sure the nipple is not cock-eyed (we have all seen a cock-eyed nipple or two right!) on the delivery valves

"If it is a failed part" Yes the labor is a no charge.

Glennlloyd- Yes I had the dealer do all the spacers, shims and seperators. I fully believe that this is their baby.

Well got the car back from the dealer last night. No more fuel leak( for the second time).

However the car went back to the dealer this afternoon for the following issue that it did not have when it was dropped off. Tach does not work and the car is barely idles. Also the electronic idle adjustment no longer works. I am PI##ED.

Let me try again.

Sounds like they pulled the flywheel sensor wires or the OVP quit by coincidence.
