Slight vibration at warm idle

Enthusiasts-my 211 cdi has 210000 miles on it. I just got back from a California trip and just before leaving, I did normal maint. and put on a new fuel filter. I filled it with lubro-moly and ran it 3-4 days before leaving. The vehicle has started to idle SLIGHTLY (enough for me to notice) rough when warm. I mention the lubro-moly, because it's the only thing I have done different. At first start up, it is as smooth as ever. New motor mts, trans mt was done about 15000 mi ago and this happens only when warm. The tack is barely (if at all) surging a little. Starting is good, fuel mileage is excellent as usual. I cleaned the Egr valve and the MAS last week. No apparent difference. Anyone have any thoughts? steve

If this was an older Model like mine I would say a small Air leak or the at 210000 miles I would expect the Injector Nozzles to be worn out.

However, I have not even seen a Picture of the Injectors on this Car let alone know how the newer Fuel Injection System works.

Than there is non-fuel Injection issues like worn Engine Valves or Seats.

Also previously you had an EGR issue. Could this be the beginning of another EGR issue?

I looked up a picture of the Injector. The Injector Nozzle is replacable.
Don't know if the Nozzles need to be shimed on them or not.

Could be engine mounts - again. They're not necessarily good for more than 60K, FYI. Fuel filter would be another possibility.
