It's difficult to see what is plugged into the nipple closest to the booster. But off the top of my head, one goes to the top of the VCV, the other goes to the rest of the vacuum consumers.

I have an 83 and 84, both of which have a main vac line with two nipples, unlike the lower left illustration above.
The door locks and HVAC system are vacuum operated as is the engine shut off actuator, none of that is shown in any diagram.
