I need a harmonic balancer for my 1984 300SD. See thread here:

The problem is there are only 3 Mercedes at the junkyard and they are all gassers.
Would a harmonic balancer from a 300E work on a 300SD?

The balancer assembly consists of three components. What part(s) do you actually need?

The crankshaft size is always large on a diesel. There are a couple SD's in our local P & P, and I bet Jim Harris has some also.

I'm guessing all 3. The mechanic who's fixing my car said he needed the balancer. I didn't think to ask which parts.

I sent Jim a PM. If he doesn't have one can you pull one for me?
