Injector pump

I need some help taking off the injector pump on my 1984 190D, 15deg after tdc and there is a pin to lock the pump? I have not done this before. Tell me everything I need to know. Please. I am going to take one off and put a different one back on. Help, I dont want to mess anything up.

Here's a tutorial for a OM603 motor. I believe the job is similar to the OM617.
I would use the SEARCH function to find more detailed info on the 617 and at least get a Haynes manual.
