OVP Problem?

Today as I was driving my 93 300D, The ABS and SRS lights started flashing on and off intermittently. Then I noticed that when the ABS light was on, the tachometer stopped working and the a/c stopped blowing cold. Is that indicative of OVP failure? maybe someone has another idea? tHANKS!!!

Probably has something to do with the OVP,check for loose connections and look at the fuse.The fuse blew on mine and the tach stopped and ABS light was on,new fuse fixed it and it has not blown since. Don

the ovp can cause all kinds of wierd problems...
