Question Seat Belt Extension ???

After repairing my drivers seat ( new springs, noodles, memory foam ), I find it very difficult to latch the seat belt. I now sit very high. Hair, what's left of it, almost hits roof.
I wanted to make a short extension, but none of the female ends of the buckle have a belt through it. Rear seats have some sort of cables, fronts have mounts.
Any suggestions?

Seems like your seat is adjusted too high. Can you pull up on the side handle and push the seat down?

Your 300SD has the seat switch on the doors... just push it down until you seat at a comfortable height... Also your seatbelts should be adjustable. If it's creating too big of a problem I'd get rid of the memory foam... how thick of a layer did you put on?

I wouldn't mess with the seatbelts though...

on the door post there is a button above the seatbelt pivot. push it in, and lower the pivot.
also, as mentioned, your seats should be able to adjust down quite a bit.

I was hoping an earlier / later MB would have a more conventional female unit with the belt going through it, and still fit my cars belts.
I have a Chevy extension, but of course it doesn't fit.
Also, I do know how to work the seat controls.

Great tip. Never knew that was there. Should be able to get by now without removing noodles.
