I'll give it a shot. According to the Mercedes EPC, the part numbers are different. The glass part numbers for the W116 start with 116 and the glass part numbers for the W126 start with 126.

i have a friend with a 116 who needs rear door glass,,i have a junk se and a junk sdl.
