How much of a shake is tolerable?

Are there any videos of healthy 300D idling. I understand these are not common rail with electronic injection. I just did a diesel purge. Car runs good but the shake is still there. I am just not sure it is normal The car doesn't shake when you are inside, but when you look at the engine, it is noticeable but disappears when you get past or around ~1000/900 RPM. I had a Powerstroke that had bad injectors that had bad nailing and it shook that big truck all the way to the cab at idle. BTW, Holy Moly Lubro Moly Diesel Purge. Car runs great now (it wasn't that bad before). The return purge was not clear. When I change the secondary spin filter, the fuel was all black inside. BTW I did not see any nasty smoke come out initially or dear after. If you are nitpicking there was some but you could see through it

That's a bit of a difficult to judge from your text. Have a look at the videos on http://www.dieselgiant.com/diesel_videos.htm and decide if you need to tackle your injectors or your engine mounts

The five cylinder has a pronounced hop at idle with an automatic. With a proper (heavy) stick flywheel the idle is almost as smooth as a six cylinder.
