A farm electric fence unit may do a good enough job.
I never suggested that you try it though
While I do like the idea I will just have to stick with the 125lb german shepard that like to sleep under the suburban,(the one I park next to)
Only had one set of screams come from the driveway.

PS- That young gentleman needed a change of clothes and a bath.

I've heard rumors of the idiot who tried to break into the vehicle successfully suing the owner when they got injured attempting to steal it.

I've also heard of laws about booby trapping, so I've been very cautious about this.

That being said, I've more than a few times thought about doing something along these lines.
I one time thought out how to fit a tear gas grenade to the back of the radio, just as an extra surprise for the stereo thieves. (I was thinking that it'd be even better if the car doors all locked when that one was tripped, just to enhance their enjoyment...)

This is Texas. Not only that, I'm outside of the liberal bastion of Travis County. We have the castle doctrine here. I'm not going to spend time explaining it.

No judge in Williamson county will listen to a complaint about some dumbarse cutting himself on my car.

And if I catch these kids on my property next time, they'll soil themselves before the sheriff's deputies have a chance to get here. Probably before they're even called.

nra stickers on windows seem like a good idea, coupled w/ acting like you ain't quite right in the head. i bet they'd stay clear if they thought you might cap em. one story a friend told me about his camaro radio being stolen several times until he decided to jb weld several razor blades to the back of the radio. 1 morning he went to his car and found a trail of blood from his car to a spot where some other car had been parked, cause the trail just stopped. i like that idea.

That was my thought after I seen your location. Even before the castle doctrine there were plenty of shotguns loaded with rock salt around here just for this type of occasion.

Try acetone or alcohol on the windows it gets rid of the residual grease.

What a bunch of dumb asses!!

best of luck with the situation !

Yes, the great state of Texas where a man can get away with beating and then killing a 13 year old kid by shooting him in the back with a shotgun over some stolen twinkies.

Please don't get too riled up over some Crisco.

So, apparently , those kids want you to suck ballz. Sorry about your car though. It may not work for you, but the best thing that I ever did with the supposed hardasses that lived in my wife's neighborhood was call the cops. Having a squad car pull up on them with the lights on, getting yelled at and threatened to be arrested and such seemed to set them straight. Some kids that won't work, but most it will. Oh, and remember, make sure you suck ballz.
