cool car. that dent should not be an issue.
how do you like the pressure washer? any attachments come with it? or just nozzels?
I'm in the midst of prepping mine for daily driver status.
feel free to PM me with issues as you find them.
I'd pull the vacuum pump and the water pump and the belt tensioner as a primary prevention point.
ENJOY!

Seems this would make for a long commute. Armed for tailgators however.

Is this car in DFW area? A similar car was on the Dallas CL, I thought it was a heck of a deal.

um, my grammar teacher would be so ashamed...
You are SOOOO funny mog!
I guess I'll need to get a 603 engine and a 5 speed attached to the pressure washer for the commutes... the only problem I see is the garden hose is too short to go very far...
I'll have to rig up a trailer and tow some water on the commute... gotta keep tailgaters at bay.

off the topic but here is the best tip i can give you about your pressure washer.

do not let the washer "idle" i.e. the water is on but you are not letting the water out of the wand. it will burn up the pump. in other words, if you need to take a break from power washing, cut the motor off. if you let the water just "circulate" you will kill the pump. you will then have a good motor and a bad pump.

just a tip

Looks good HDMan! Great deal. I've always thought the '87's were the best ones.

Ben most new pressure washers have thermostats and relief valves that expel water automatically to prevent overheating the pump. But Im old fashioned and turn it off anyways i dont like running pumps when they not pushing fluids.

as I was leaving the mall today, an 87 TD pulled in with wires sticking out of the hatch... it was ALL I could do not to stop leaving, and ask the driver if it was for sale or needed repair...
I was in a hurry, so I chose to leave... mistake? it was white pulling into south park mall in charlotte...

I couldn't, I'd be following it to a parking spot.

It's truly incapacitating.
