The Pentas Have Arrived!
So about five weeks ago I found a guy in Germany with some AMG Pentas for sale and I rolled the dice and sent some money overseas. I was pretty worried, but they came in today and they look great. They do have a little curb rash and some chips in the powdercoat, but for what I paid, I think I got a great deal. They are the 15" ones and the best news is that the offset is perfect. There are no tires on them yet, and i am going to wait until I rebuild my front end to actually mount them to the car. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good +1 size tire for my W123 wagon? Are the center caps still available from Mercedes? I will put up some pictures tomorrow.
Thanks! Shane

I got some pictures in the sun yesterday and I am pretty happy with the wheels. I am not sure of the shipping weight because all of the paperwork is in German. I paid 550 Euro for the wheels with shipping included. It looks like the actual cost of shipping from Germany to Roaring Gap, NC (My summer residence) was 65 Euro, which seems very reasonable. Does anyone have the part number for that AMG center cap?
Thanks
