Not sure what pressure you want, stock values are in the attachments.
The third pic is from the FSM, it shows how it works.
I fine the photos provided very helpful on the proper routing of the vacuum tube associated with the valve, since the trans shifts to my liking I will leave the set the way it is.

I also, made an adjustment to the ALDA 1/2 turn CW. My question is: How much pressure am I limiting or increase with the 1/2 CW turn. Also, I've shared this project with the HHO forum I frequent, from my knowledge of diesel (very little) the answers and inputs from my fellow HHO tinkerers are on the link I've added. Anyone care to expand on some of their inputs, the amount of degree to retard the timing (how do I do that).

Happy to help, the forum link in your post is way over my head.
You may be able to locate a formula to figure out just what pressure would be optimum.
Good luck and keep us posted.
As to how much you've changed, take a reading and if you did that before adjusting, you can tell. Referring to the pic from the FSM, turning it CW will decrease fuel.
You can adjust the fuel timing by using an offset Woodruff key, if you can find an opposite one (or maybe one installed backward?). Don't know if you want to do that, as I think you would want fuel delivery properly timed for that engine, which is the only timing I'm aware of. If the chain is stretched enough, you job's already done. There is no spark, so no spark timing is involved.
