I just don't see the point of buying this car unless it's less expensive than the USA version. Otherwise, why but up with inevitable parts & service hassles?

The car was imported in 2004. The guy bought it in new and kept it there. After he died his doughter imported it in 2004 with 22k miles. FinAlly decided to trade it for a different car. Hey it has heated cloth seats and xenon headlamps.

That's odd. The pictures clearly show the certification tag added by the importer, and it has an 08-98 date. I would expect that to be the date at which it was federalized.

That might be production date and all of the labels were changed even all of the VIN numbers. Car was given new VIN when it was registered in USA.
