Question door panel Removal/ door wont open

Okay I did look but nothing seemed to help. 85 300SD fixed Drvr rear window
it was a loose connection on the switch. So here I am driving along fat dumb and happy when I go to lower rear window it stops 2/3 thirds of the way down.
I push glass gently and it goes down but not back up. I believe it is out of the track no problem except. The drvr side rear door stopped opening 5-7 years ago
and then the car sat. When you unlock and lock you can see the lock pull go up and down a little but not much at all. All other locks work fine. I can not open the door and this makes it a little tougher to remove door panel.
Ideas ?
Thanks
Alan
It may rain here Thursday and my garage is full of a 911SC with the engine out
and a 500E up on jacks

Sorry, I just got lazy ! Panel is off. I will be checking back for troubleshooting
the door lock issue.
