Hey. Can anyone tell me the assemby of the two aluminum washers and diaphram on a 1979 240D vacuum pump?

I have 2 washers a bigger one and a smaller one. I'm trying to figure out which goes on top and which goes on bottom, one of them has a 4 on it and one has a 9 on it if this even matters.

And Im assumming the the diaphram goes cupped down into the pump body. Is tbs correct?

I really want to see a page from a service manual of the breakdown of parts in sequential order if anyone is kind enough to post it.
