I've never seen a top with a turbo so maybe it's just behaving like a top
That's your welcome from me There is a plastic line (original) or rubber hose (replacement) from the intake manifold to a vacuum switching valve just ahead of the windshield washer fluid reservoir. The line continues to a device atop the injection pump, and possibly splits to another device on the driver fender. Ensure air can flow freely through this line. If necessary, take a 12mm wrench and remove the fitting in the intake manifold. Clean out any goop clogging the fitting. A spritz of brake parts cleaner should do it. Do not overtighten this fitting! The threads on the manifold strip easily. Clearing that air path should allow manifold boost pressure to flow to the ALDA, the device atop the injection pump, to signal the IP to allow more fuel in response to additional air in the manifold.
