Of course this only happens when it rains!

I can hear the whirrr-whirrr sound from the motor but no action on the arms.

I will be fixing this in the rain so can anyone here give me a heads up as to what part/s will need to be replaced?

It is easy enough to figure out but if you guys can help me I would be really appreciative (you'll be saving me the trouble of looking for the culprit in the rain).

If #50 came off, the cowel and wiper assembly will need to come out.
