Is this the Euro 240D you were selling as well?

That's the one. I figured it would be easier to find another coupe if I wanted one rather than another 240 like this one. I got another door painted for it. When it was done it started to grow on me.

That's a beautiful car. I'm glad you decided to keep it. Where we are in CA the weather doesn't take much of a toll on our cars so finding another coupe is not as difficult.

I'd love to see a real Euro 240D. Maybe when I meet up with a friend in LA we can have a mini photoshoot.

Sounds good. This event ends up next to me so I might cruise over.

I'll probably still have the same tank of Diesel in there!

I flew to another state (southwest) to buy the coupe. You're right, they're too much $ around here and usually the sun has taken it's toll. I had gone far away twice before only to be disappointed. When I say this coupe I could not believe it was just as described. No crack dash, leather seats, working AC, blah blah blah. It's still not as unique like the 240 though. The new owner dropped by this morning on his way to the airport. Paid by check in full and will pick up the coupe in 10 days. There's no going back now! Murphy's law comes into play and the stubby coolant hose is weeping. It's not even mine anymore and I still have to fix it.
