power window motor trouble shooting 87 300d
My L/F power window is inop.
Pulled of the trim panel and yeah broke coupe of the plastic clips. The junction block to the motor has power to both sides. The upper screw an 10 o'clock dims when I push the switch to close window goes off (no power) when I push lower. The other screw at 4 o'clock ( the screw closed to the door pillar) does the reverse. Goes off when pushing up and dims when pushing down on the switch. I have replaces the switch with a known good switch. What's next ?? Replace the motor ?? TIA Oz |
