i am new to these forums and so far have found them to be a great resource. i just replaced the window regulator in my 83' 240d today. one day when i was cranking it the glass dropped down. anyways the new regulator is in and working. however, i have no idea how to attach the glass to the tray that it is supposed to sit in. i have attached a few pictures, thanks!

manual, do i have to replace the rubber strip? i need to know how to get the glass to set in there.
