b2 piston O-ring problem

Hi, me and my dad are having a hard time. We had the b2 piston break in his 300td a couple of months ago. We finally got it back together and it drove it around the block and it lost all forward gears again. We took it apart and found the O-ring that goes between the b2 piston and transmission broke. Anyway I ordered one from a place in AZ. that one turned out to be too small. So I ordered one from peach parts and it also was the same way. Then we ordered one from the mercedes dealer and the one they gave is too big. None of the them will fit in the grove of the bore. We already spent $50 on O-rings that don't fit. Does anybody have any ideas?

Heres the serial number off the side of the transmission
