Mercedes pride
Finally got the 250,000 km badge for my '87 300D (W124, OM603). It took just over six weeks from the time I sent in the form. Sure looks good. What a great gift.
Interesting that they (Classic Center in Irvine) referred to the car as a "300Dt." My late '85 was called a "300D-T" and the 1996 E300D's award (in German, no less) was referred to as a "300E." Jeremy

Looks pretty shnazzy! What did you have to do to get it? My car has 300,000 miles on it or 482,803 km. What are the graduated distance intervals for awards?

Do yourself a favor....wax the badge and keep it protected otherwise it will fade very quickly. I'll take a picture tomorrow to show you happened to mine.....
