Banjo Bolt
I'm cleaning the banjo bolt on my 84 300d, and when I removed it, noticed that there were no washers. How important is it that these washers be installed on the bolt? Will it work without them? Thanks!

Not sure which banjo bolt you're talking about but yes, they are important in providing a good seal. I have never seen a banjo bolt installed originally without them but I suppose that could be the case.

^ Agreed, which banjo bolt, as there are many.
I'll suggest installing some when you get the chance.

I am guess in you are speaking of the one/s on the Turbo Boost Pressure Tube or maybe on the ALDA.
I also believe there is supposed to be 2 Washers. However, since they would leak Air Pressure you willnot see a leak there. I would take a good look at the internal threads on the Intake Manifold and see if they are all there. Somtimes people remove washers when some of the threads strip out so that the Bolt can bite into the unused threads.
