'82 240D: Replace Manual Window Regulator Passenger Front?

Is there an illustrated DIY for this? I looked on the Wiki but didn't see any. If not, how do I get the manual window regulator on passenger front side out of the door? Do I have to take the window out also if I just want to replace the window regulator?
