help me find door buzzer relay -1984 300D

i dont get a warning buzzer when my lights are on upon opening door or that keys are in ignition. Where is the relay located? thanks

It's been a while, but I believe it is a box mounted under the drivers side of the dash near the parking brake peddle bracket.

Yup it will be a silver box with a wiring harness going into the bottom. Note that the larger silver box with a wiring harness going into it is the cruse control amp.

Check the wires on your ignition switch as well. The PO highly modified my switch and it always sensed a key in the ignition whether there was one there or not. His fix to stop the buzzer was to disconnect the wire.
