Great advice on this forum!!! Thanks!

I just wanted to get on here and say that a problem i've had with the wife's 81 300D AC and blower motor all summer was solved after micalk gave me a possible solution to my trouble. My blower would come on at the pre-glow setting, then shut off, usually never coming back on again. After looking through the search engine, I asked anyway a day or two ago, and got one response, and it worked. (Key needed to be adjusted slightly after the car was started) I'd changed out my ign switch this winter, and I guess it's a little off. So much for new OES equipment. Either that or my lock on the wheel is out of whack. Anyway, I don't figure anyone else will read that post since only one guy replied, so I wanted to just say thanks and don't ever think your reply won't be the one that makes the difference. micalk's definitely did, and I never would have thought of it myself. I'll say it again... what a great forum! Lee

it's posts like this that make me wish the moderators would add "thanks" or "recommend" points to the forum. another forum I use for other things has a rating enabled on it, and it's really cool. members get to "thank" members that have helped them, and it shows like the post count does.
that other forum uses the same engine this one does, so, I'm sure it's an option...
HEY MODS... ARE YOU READING THIS???

yes, but you can't THANK a member for advice/help! I like the "thanks" rating on my chevy site!
