My new 190d is so nice I dont have anything to worry about. I'm curious about the original settings for the kickdown switch-- out of the box, at what rpm should the kickdown engage?

When you depress the kickdown button.

So it should activate in any situation? I seem to need a certain rpm--maybe 2500 or so. Maybe I should check the vacuum at the trans then? Nothing in the manual about the transmission.
