I promise this is the last one.

Pending resolution on this, tomorrow the engine is going to be put back into the 300D (assuming I do not have to take it back apart to stick this bracket in somewhere )

It's the bracket that hold the down pipe and exhaust.

Flip the orientation shown in the picture and install it on the bottom of the bellhousing.. Use the two bolts on passenger side from center. There should be an additional bracket that attaches to the rubber bushing bolts shown in the pic and attached to the down pipe via a U bolt.
