If you have bubbles in the clear return line from the IP you have air in the system. Either leaking or residual from the filter change. It can be tough to get all the air out. Let us know what happens with the hose swap.

Just to clear up this thread, I had a bad injector and a bad glowplug on different cylinders, so that pretty much dealt with it.
