Starting Stutter
 

Every since I've owned my w123, It's had a little bit of a stutter when starting in the mornings. This only happens after it's set all night.

Never during they day, say when I go to lunch or leave work to come home.

I have all new Bosch glow plugs, new primary and secondary filters, and no air or fuel leaks that I have found. New air filter.

The shuttering on lasts for maybe 30 seconds, then it smooths out and runs very smooth.

I've tried glowing longer, even 2 glow cycles, no change.

Sound like nozzles possibly?

define exactly what you do and for how long when you "glow longer, and doubble glow"

I've tried glowing till after the door buzzer stops, after the relay clicks once, and tried glowing till I've heard the relay click a second time.
