loss of power after i change alda

i change the alda on my 1985 300 turbo diesel California .the car now has no power , takes a lot to get speed ,when i am in higher gear does not downshift and if i put the pedal all the way down is no diference very weak. it does has a lot of power when it starts from 1 gear ,if i keep the throtle down.can it be vacuum issue. i am also thinking to bypass the blue saucer.where can i find a diagram with the bypass .thanks

where did you get the alda you changed to? the alda regulates fuel based on boost, so you might have a boost line plugged, or broken. the alda needs to be calibrated with washers of varying thickness to function correctly.
