Sun Diesel Motorvac Engine Cleaning Unit...

Has anyone had the soot cleaned out of their engine with the Sun Diesel Motorvac Engine Cleaning Unit? This thing is meant to be used on big rigs, I understand, so I am cautious about it - perhaps it is unsuitable for smaller automotive diesels like MB 617's, Peugeots & new VV's, etc. I want to be sure that it will not damage my daily driver 300D before I go have this peice of equipment clean crud out of my engine. Are there any other devices or methods for cleaning carbon deposits out of diesel engines, other than removing tubes and manifolds and cleaning the messy gunk out by hand?

I read in a STAR article that this can be used on MB diesels.

The problem is finding one.

Wow...

Wow...In 90 seconds Loubapache replied, and two others hit my question...
I amazed. Thanx, Loubapache. I have found a Sun Motorvac not far from my place, at a shop that specializes in big highway tractors; ergo, my concern that this device may produce too much pressure in my little Mercedes, and blow some gaskets or worse.
I'll make the apointment, get my engine cleaned, and report back.
Again,Thanks.

Yes, please report back. I think somewhere here I mentioned that STAR article. Try a search for intake cleaning or somesuch.

I can always look it up again if you really want that reference.
