My local dealer could get me one from Germany for about $50 but told me it would take weeks to get. So, if you're not in a hurry, that's an option.

Otherwise, it's a really straightforward modification (and the pushrod isn't worth much if it does get ruined after all) and anyone with decent welding skills should be able to do it without too much trouble. Take it to your local muffler shop or anyone else who has a welder and someone will humor you. I paid $10 and it took about 10 minutes. Perfection achieved.

Something will work out. Good luck to ya'.

Great suggestion--it worked! Very firm clutch pedal. Now if only I could make the brake pedal less sticky...

After what I went through to figure this out at the very end of my conversion, I am really glad that at the very least I could help someone else avoid some of the frustration of continuing to bleed an already bled clutch system.

Ain't it a million times better with a stick?!
